BASIC ENGLISH

This course is designed for beginners, focusing on building a strong foundation in English communication skills. Students will learn to introduce themselves, engage in daily conversations, and describe personal experiences using practical vocabulary and essential grammar rules. The course emphasizes real-life applications, helping students gain confidence through interactive role-playing activities and simple monologues. Topics such as family, daily routines, weather, food, and more will provide students with the ability to express their thoughts and ask questions effectively. By the end of this course, students will be able to converse comfortably in various everyday situations, enhancing their communication skills step by step. This is an ideal start for those who wish to build their English-speaking ability in a supportive and fun learning environment.

  1. May 12th, 2024

    Parts of Speech

    The eight parts of speech are nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, and interjections, each serving a unique role in sentence structure. For example: "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog," "She quickly ran to the store," and "Wow, I am tired but happy."

  2. May 19th, 2024

    Tenses (Continuous)

    Understand the formation and usage of present continuous, past continuous, and future continuous tenses. Construct sentences using continuous tenses appropriately. Role-play scenarios to enhance the practical use of continuous tenses in daily conversations.

  3. May 26th, 2024

    Tenses (Simple)

    Understand the formation and usage of simple present, simple past, and simple future tenses. Construct sentences using simple tenses correctly. Identify situations where simple tenses are appropriate. Practice using simple tenses in various contexts, both written and spoken.

  4. June 2nd, 2024

    Tenses (Perfect)

    Understand the formation and usage of present perfect, past perfect, and future perfect tenses. Construct sentences using perfect tenses accurately. Differentiate perfect tenses from other tenses. Apply perfect tenses in writing and speaking through targeted activities.

  5. June 9th, 2024

    Vocabulary Building and Idioms

    Expand vocabulary with new words and phrases relevant to daily communication. Understand and use common idioms and expressions correctly. Incorporate new vocabulary and idioms into both spoken and written language. Practice vocabulary and idioms through interactive activities and exercises.

  6. June 16th, 2024

    Spoken and Written Expressions of Favours, Requests, Apologies

    Understand the polite ways to ask for favors and make requests. Learn how to apologize appropriately in different contexts. Practice formulating and delivering requests and apologies in spoken and written forms. Role-play various scenarios to enhance practical usage of these expressions.

  7. June 23rd, 2024

    Vocabulary and Expressions about Scary Things, Monologues on Talking about a Dreadful/Terrible Day

    Expand vocabulary related to fear and scary situations. Use expressions to describe dreadful or terrible experiences. Practice speaking skills through monologues about personal experiences. Engage in activities that build confidence in expressing emotions and experiences.

  8. June 30th, 2024

    Weather Vocabulary and Expressions, Phrases on Talking about Feelings, Illness, Injury

    Learn and use vocabulary related to weather conditions. Understand and use phrases to describe feelings, illness, and injuries. Practice constructing sentences and dialogues using new vocabulary and expressions. Role-play scenarios to enhance the practical use of these phrases in daily conversations.

  9. July 7th, 2024

    Reading Comprehension and Writing Skills

    Develop strategies for understanding and interpreting written texts. Enhance reading comprehension through practice with various types of texts. Improve writing skills by practicing different types of writing, such as descriptive essays and personal narratives.

  10. July 14th, 2024

    Review and Assessment

    Review key concepts and topics covered throughout the course to reinforce understanding of different parts of speech, tenses, vocabulary, idioms, and expressions. Evaluate individual progress through comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement. Provide feedback and guidance for continued learning and development.
