A Chevening Scholar, Najam holds an LLM in Religion, Law, and Society from the University of Westminster, London. With a profound background in media, having served in various roles, Najam brings a unique blend of educational innovation and media expertise to his work. His leadership at OTS reflects a commitment to integrating diverse educational methodologies, ensuring accessible, quality education for all.

Shahab Soharwardi stands as the co-founder of Off The School, an educational institution committed to providing innovative learning solutions in Karachi. As a distinguished High Court Advocate, Shahab brings a legal perspective to the educational field, enhancing the institute’s governance and operational frameworks. He holds an LLM from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law (Szabul), which further underscores his expertise in law and advocacy, integral to shaping the policies and legal structures at OTS.
